Yes. The core features of CouchTimes can be used offline, so you can:

• Interact with your library
• Manage your saved shows and movies
• Mark episodes and movies as watched

Some features, like search, cast information, and iCloud sync, do require an internet connection.

We use TestFlight to share beta versions of CouchTimes with early testers.

Keep in mind that beta software may not be as stable as production releases. Possible issues include:

• Broken functionality

To add shows in CouchTimes:

1. Use the Search function by entering a show's name in the search field
2. As you type, CouchTimes will suggest potential matches for your search query
3. Click the "+" button next to a show's name to add it to your library

You can also browse shows by network or streaming service.

Pinning keeps shows at the top of your Watchlist. Ways to pin a show:

1. Swipe right on a show and tap Pin
2. Long-press a show and select Pin from the menu

You can favorite shows in two ways:

1. Long-press a show in the Watchlist and select Favorite
2. Open a show's details screen and tap the star icon in the top bar

Favorited shows appear in the Favorites section of your Library.

Archiving removes shows from your Watchlist and moves them to the Archive. Ways to archive:

1. Swipe right on a show in the Watchlist
2. Long-press a show in the Watchlist
3. Open a show's details screen and use the menu (…)

Yes. You can set default views separately for movies and shows. Go to: Settings > General > Movies or Settings > General > Shows.

By default, CouchTimes blocks marking episodes as watched before their release date. If you want to disable this restriction, go to: Settings > General > Shows and turn off the release date check.

Specials are episodes or content outside a show's regular seasons, such as:

• Holiday episodes
• Behind-the-scenes features
• Documentary specials

By default, specials are hidden from the Watchlist. You can enable them under Settings > General > Shows.

CouchTimes is built around the TMDB API and does not currently support syncing with Trakt.tv.

An import option for Trakt.tv data is being considered for the future, but there are no immediate plans.

CouchTimes updates show data from TMDB automatically in the background. If you need to trigger an update manually, you have two options:

Update all shows (takes longer):

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Database
3. Select Sync now

Update a single show (faster):

1. Open the show details screen
2. Tap the menu (…)
3. Select Update data

If CouchTimes isn't syncing through iCloud, check the following:

• You're signed into iCloud on all devices
• iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive
• CouchTimes syncing is enabled in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > CouchTimes
• Your iCloud account has available storage
• Parental controls or device management aren't restricting iCloud
• Your device has a stable internet connection
• Your device isn't in Low Power Mode

Fixing these issues should restore syncing between your devices.
