CouchTimes updates show data from TMDB automatically in the background. If you need to trigger an update manually, you have two options:

Update all shows (takes longer):

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Database
3. Select Sync now

Update a single show (faster):

1. Open the show details screen
2. Tap the menu (…)
3. Select Update data
